About the Client: A market-leading North American supply chain visibility platform that has recently expanded into Europe. They provide enterprise-grade tracking, predictive routing, and inventory optimization software to global logistics giants.

The Role: As the VP of Sales for EMEA, you will be the foundational leader for European commercial growth. You will design the localized go-to-market playbook, recruit an elite team of Enterprise Account Executives, and personally lead strategic client acquisitions across the DACH, Benelux, and UKI markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute the GTM strategy for the EMEA region, targeting multi-million euro enterprise contract values.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of remote and hybrid Enterprise AEs and Sales Development Representatives.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships with major European retailers, manufacturing entities, and 3PL providers to close strategic deals.
  • Collaborating with global leadership to ensure consistent brand messaging while adapting sales tactics to European regional nuances.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years scaling regional sales teams as a VP or Director.
  • Proven domain expertise within Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or ERP enterprise software solutions.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly advantageous, with a track record of selling successfully across multiple European borders.
