Our client is a SaaS scale-up empowering banks to launch and scale digital-first offerings. With strong VC backing, they are expanding rapidly across Europe and need a proven sales leader to head up EMEA.
The Role:
As VP of Sales, you will own revenue growth across the EMEA region, managing a team of enterprise sellers, defining strategy, and personally engaging on large enterprise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute EMEA-wide go-to-market strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and scale an enterprise sales team.
- Own €20m+ annual revenue targets.
- Develop C-level relationships with banks and regulators.
- Partner with Marketing to execute regional campaigns.
- Report directly to CRO and board on performance.
- 10+ years’ experience in FinTech SaaS sales leadership.
- Strong track record of scaling sales teams and delivering €20m+ revenue.
- Multilingual (English essential; French/German advantageous).
- Strategic, metrics-driven leader.
