The Role:
As VP of Sales, you will build and lead their mid-market and enterprise sales team in the US, develop GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies oriented around verticals (healthcare, finance, retail), and be responsible for large deals that impact company revenue projections. You’ll also work with Marketing to create campaigns, with Product to feed market intelligence, and with Customer Success to ensure post-sale satisfaction and renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build out and lead a team of sales directors / account executives for mid-market & enterprise.
- Define sales targets, quotas, and territories; ensure consistent pipeline growth.
- Close large contracts with mid-large enterprises in regulated environments (healthcare, finance, retail).
- Collaborate with Marketing for demand gen, content, events aligned with cyber security themes.
- Guide product feedback loops based on market and client needs.
- Ensure sales onboarding, process, and enablement for new reps is tight - tools, training, messaging.
- Monitor competitor activity; refine value proposition around security, compliance, performance.
- Participate in speaking events, webinars, conferences to build company brand.
- Forecast accurately; report to exec team on pipeline, wins, losses, and risks.
- 10+ years sales leadership in CyberSec / cybersecurity / security SaaS.
- Experience selling into regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government).
- Strong technical understanding of security products: detection/prevention, SIEM, threat intelligence, etc.
- Excellent leadership & coaching skills.
- Comfortable working in fast growth environments with some ambiguity.
