This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving significant revenue growth, market expansion, and building a high-performing sales organization in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and boost brand recognition across the Americas.
  • Team Development: Lead, recruit, and mentor a diverse, high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of excellence, providing coaching and development opportunities to help the team meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with key prospects, clients, and partners, deeply understanding their needs and offering tailored AI solutions that drive business value.
  • Market Insight: Leverage market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities. Use this data to guide decision-making and optimize sales performance.
  • Sales Performance: Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring consistent monitoring and adjustments to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and revenue operations to ensure alignment across departments and to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Partner with senior leadership and finance teams to manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the executive team to guide strategic decisions.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of sales experience , with a focus on SaaS or AI technology, and at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing a regional sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion in a complex, relationship-driven sales environment.
  • Strong coaching and leadership capabilities with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in setting and exceeding sales targets while managing sales processes effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
