Our client has pioneered several firsts in online commerce—successfully enabling fully digital transactions in regulated sectors such as real estate, financial services, and insurance. They’re now scaling up and looking for a commercially driven sales leader to own the enterprise motion, shape go-to-market strategy, and drive revenue growth across Fortune 500 accounts.
The Role
As VP of Enterprise Sales
, you'll be responsible for hiring, coaching, and scaling a team of Account Executives, developing vertical-focused sales strategies, and implementing a consistent, best-in-class sales methodology. You’ll play a key role in enterprise deal cycles, support cross-functional collaboration, and serve as an executive sponsor on key accounts.
Reporting directly to the CRO, this is a player-coach role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment and has a proven track record of scaling revenue teams and closing strategic, high-value enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, scale, and mentor a growing team of Strategic & Enterprise AEs
- Drive new business and expansion within Fortune 500 accounts
- Develop GTM strategies across key verticals: Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product on vertical-focused plays
- Accurately forecast and deliver on team revenue targets
- Own senior client relationships and act as executive sponsor where needed
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years in a SaaS sales leadership role (enterprise focus)
- 5+ years as an individual contributor in SaaS sales with consistent overachievement
- Proven ability to lead teams through complex, consultative deal cycles
- Experience selling digital transformation solutions into regulated industries
- Strong coaching skills, commercial acumen, and executive presence
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style with startup energy and grit
Compensation & Perks:
💰 $300K–$450K OTE (Salary + Commission)
