The Role: The SVP of Global Sales will assume complete strategic and operational command over our international commercial division. Managing several regional sales directors across North America and EMEA, you will focus on scaling global enterprise revenue, standardizing large-deal structures, and driving sales playbook consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive global net-new ARR goals, managing a predictable, metrics-driven sales model across all enterprise divisions.
- Standardize modern enterprise sales methodologies (such as MEDDPICC) across international offices.
- Mentor and develop a senior tier of Regional Sales Directors, focusing on pipeline health and leadership growth.
- Partner with Product and Engineering executives to ensure the long-term roadmap aligns with the needs of tier-one global clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, managing international teams of 50+ reps within a high-growth environment.
- Documented experience helping scale a SaaS company through the $50M to $100M+ ARR threshold.
- Deep knowledge of complex procurement cycles, global data security standards, and multi-year contracting.
