Our client is a SaaS platform that offers inventory management, point of sale integrations, CRM, and loyalty programmes for retail, restaurants, and hospitality chains. They help clients unify operations across online/offline, reservations, orders, supply chain, and marketing.
The Role:
As Strategic Sales Director, you will lead enterprise / mid-market deals in the UK & Europe, focusing on chains and groups in retail and hospitality. You’ll build relationships with senior operations, procurement, and digital teams; tailor solutions that solve multi-site operational complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy for retail & hospitality verticals.
- Build pipeline of £5-10m targeting groups / chains.
- Manage full sales cycles: discovery, demo, negotiation, implementation handover.
- Understand integrations (POS, supply chain, bookings, ecommerce).
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product and Implementation to ensure the solution fits client needs.
- Represent the company in retail / hospitality shows, trade associations.
- 8+ years in SaaS sales, with experience in retail/hospitality verticals.
- Understanding of operations, POS systems, eCommerce, reservations.
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to close enterprise deals.
