This is a high-impact, standalone role where you will be the primary boots on the ground for the Middle East region. While you will operate with significant independence, you are far from alone -you will be fully backed by an established, world-class European support network and subject matter experts to ensure your success.
  
This isn't just a sales seat; it's a growth play. You will have the unique chance to initially cultivate the Middle Eastern market from the ground up, with the long-term potential to build and lead a dedicated team around you as the region scales.
  
The Mission
  
Your focus will be on delivering sophisticated SaaS solutions to large-scale organizations (typically 1,000 to 10,000+ employees) across various industries.
  
Core Responsibilities:
  
  • Market Pioneering:  Architect and execute proactive outbound strategies to build a high-quality pipeline from scratch.
  • Strategic Consultation:  Lead the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to delivering tailored product demonstrations that solve complex communication challenges.
  • Stakeholder Navigation:  Build influential relationships across IT, HR, Marketing, and Procurement departments to navigate complex enterprise buying cycles.
  • Regional Expertise:  Apply your knowledge of local business culture to position our client as the partner of choice in the region.
  
Your Profile
  
We are looking for a results-oriented "hunter" who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  
  • SaaS Expertise:  8+ years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically closing complex deals within enterprise environments.
  • Regional Track Record:  Proven success selling into Middle Eastern organizations with a deep understanding of regional practices.
  • Methodical Approach:  Strong outbound prospecting skills and familiarity with structured sales frameworks like MEDDIC.
  • Communication Mastery:  Exceptional presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable for this territory.
