The Role: We are looking for a strategic Sales Director to lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team across North America. You will focus on optimizing the sales playbook, driving team performance, and personally assisting in closing key high-value strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage and coach a team of 6–8 Enterprise Account Executives.
- Establish repeatable sales processes and metrics-driven pipeline management to ensure quarterly forecasting accuracy.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on continuous development and coaching.
Candidate Requirements:
- 7+ years of software sales experience, with at least 2 years in a direct team management role within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience building sales pipelines and helping teams hit $10M+ collective ARR goals.
- Strong network and industry presence within the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem.
