The Role:
As Principal DevSecOps Engineer, you’ll lead architectural design and implementation of secure cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery pipelines. You will own security posture, compliance, infrastructure as code, and support both internal and customer-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Enforce security best practices (infrastructure as code, secrets management, vulnerability scanning).
- Lead cloud infrastructure architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) with strong security and cost optimization.
- Work with product engineering to build security into feature design.
- Monitor, respond to security incidents or findings; ensure patching and remediation.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, alerting and logging systems.
- Facilitate security audits, compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, etc.).
- Mentor other devops / security engineers.
- 7+ years experience in DevOps / DevSecOps / Cloud Security.
- Demonstrable expertise with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Secure networking, identity, authentication, secrets management knowledge.
- Strong scripting / coding (Python, Go, Bash).
- Experience in compliance frameworks.
