The Role:
As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will define and lead the North American partnership strategy, driving growth through alliances with major ecosystem players. You’ll build deep relationships, negotiate co-sell agreements, and ensure partnerships contribute directly to revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strategic partnerships with card networks, issuing/acquiring banks, and processors.
- Negotiate joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell programs.
- Define and execute long-term partnership strategy for the region.
- Own partnership revenue contribution and pipeline targets.
- Represent the company at industry panels, forums, and events.
- Align with product leadership on co-innovation opportunities.
- 10+ years’ experience in business development/partnerships within Payments or FinTech.
- Strong executive network across banks and card schemes.
- Demonstrable success closing high-value strategic alliances.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
- Executive presence to engage at C-level.
