About the Client:

Our client is a global payments SaaS provider expanding aggressively in North America. Backed by top-tier VCs, their platform supports banks, card schemes, and payment processors with scalable transaction infrastructure and fraud prevention capabilities.
The Role:

As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will define and lead the North American partnership strategy, driving growth through alliances with major ecosystem players. You’ll build deep relationships, negotiate co-sell agreements, and ensure partnerships contribute directly to revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strategic partnerships with card networks, issuing/acquiring banks, and processors.
  • Negotiate joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell programs.
  • Define and execute long-term partnership strategy for the region.
  • Own partnership revenue contribution and pipeline targets.
  • Represent the company at industry panels, forums, and events.
  • Align with product leadership on co-innovation opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
  • 10+ years’ experience in business development/partnerships within Payments or FinTech.
  • Strong executive network across banks and card schemes.
  • Demonstrable success closing high-value strategic alliances.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
  • Executive presence to engage at C-level.
