Our client is a marketing technology SaaS firm offering campaign automation, audience segmentation, and analytics tools for brands and agencies. Their product helps marketers execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, web), analyse performance in real time, and optimise spend. They’ve recently raised growth capital and are scaling their user base aggressively across US and Latin America.
The Role:
As Growth Marketing Lead, you will own the acquisition funnels: demand generation, onboarding, activation, retention. You will lead campaigns (content, performance, partnerships), measure every step of the funnel, and experiment heavily to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across channels (paid, SEO, content, partnerships).
- Monitor metrics: CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), conversion rates, funnel drop-offs.
- Run A/B tests across onboarding flows, messaging, funnel design.
- Collaborate with Product & UX to improve activation and user retention.
- Manage paid media budgets and work with creative teams.
- Build partnerships or integrators that bring new users or resell opportunities.
- Oversee marketing automation, email / nurture flows, drip campaigns.
- Report on performance and iterate fast.
- 5+ years in growth / performance marketing in MarTech, AdTech or similar SaaS.
- Deep understanding of digital paid channels: social, search, display.
- Strong data-driven mindset; comfortable with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience in A/B testing & experimentation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design.
