The Role: As a Fractional CRO, you will embed into the founding team to transform their initial commercial traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine. You will oversee Sales, Marketing, and Success operations, dedicating your focus to corporate positioning and structural commercial plays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and re-engineer the company's current pricing tiers, packaging strategies, and ideal customer profile (ICP) frameworks.
- Design a predictable, data-driven sales playbook utilizing modern tracking methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Mentor the existing founding team and early-stage sales hires, implementing professional pipeline management structures.
- Advise the Board on the strategic timing, budget profile, and talent requirements for a permanent commercial leadership layer.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of GTM executive experience with a proven track record as a full-time CRO or SVP of Sales within a SaaS company that scaled past £20M ARR.
- Prior experience operating successfully in a fractional, advisory, or consulting capacity for early-stage software companies.
- Exceptional strategic capability with the ability to execute operational plays alongside founders.
