We’re working on behalf of an innovative, high-growth enterprise technology provider looking to expand its specialist team with an experienced Senior Solutions Architect .
This is a senior, customer-facing technical role focused on delivering complex enterprise implementations , ensuring seamless integration of advanced technology solutions into clients’ existing systems, and acting as a trusted advisor for major customers.
You’ll work closely with internal engineering, product, and customer success teams to help shape integrations, advise on best practices, and ensure long-term success for key accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, scaling team and work with large customers on technically interesting, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical implementations for major enterprise clients
- Act as the primary technical contact for senior client stakeholders, advising on solution design and best practices
- Understand complex client requirements and design bespoke, scalable integration plans
- Produce and deliver clear technical documentation, solution diagrams, and training materials
- Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to communicate customer needs and influence roadmaps
- Support sales engineering and implementation teams during onboarding and delivery phases
- Identify opportunities to optimise integrations, improve client self-sufficiency, and reduce ongoing support needs
- Help manage custom development work and bespoke integrations in partnership with engineering
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve customer onboarding, issue resolution, and knowledge sharing
- Serve as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting and provide mentorship to other technical team members
- 7–10+ years in a post-sales technical role (Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer, or similar)
- Strong experience working with enterprise customers , including C-suite engagement
- Background in security, compliance, or infrastructure preferred
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and scripting (e.g. JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Bash)
- Working knowledge of desktop systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
- Confident communicator able to present technical solutions to varied audiences
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to security frameworks or standards (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
- Familiarity with modern DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code practices
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS, cloud, or B2B technology companies
