In this role, you’ll join the founding commercial team, working closely with senior leadership to secure high-value partnerships with major retail brands. You’ll own the full sales cycle and help shape the sales process as the business scales into new markets. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end, from initial outreach to contract close
- Build and manage a strategic pipeline through targeted outreach and strong qualification
- Engage senior stakeholders (VP/Director level) to understand business needs and tailor solutions
- Confidently navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes and negotiate commercial terms
- Contribute to refining the sales approach, tooling, and reporting to support scale
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to share market insights
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in technology, SaaS, or digital commerce solutions
- Proven success closing mid-market or enterprise deals with significant contract values
- Strong experience managing the entire sales cycle , especially strategic outbound efforts
- Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers and build lasting relationships
- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Interest or experience in supporting team development or leadership
- Prior experience in team leadership or stepping up to cover senior roles
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or retail technology ecosystems
- Background working with consumer brands in lifestyle or retail sectors
- Experience in early-stage startup or scale-up environments
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
