The Role:
This is a senior, quota-carrying role where you’ll be responsible for driving new enterprise revenue across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions in the US. As Enterprise Sales Director, you will engage C-level stakeholders, manage multimillion-dollar deals, and embed the platform as mission-critical payments infrastructure. Success will be measured not just by ARR booked, but by developing strategic relationships that fuel the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting Tier 1 banks, acquirers, and large merchants.
- Build and manage a $10m+ active pipeline with average deal sizes $1m–$5m ARR.
- Own the entire sales process including prospecting, RFPs, workshops, negotiations, and closing.
- Partner with Pre-Sales and Product to deliver high-impact solution demonstrations.
- Build executive-level relationships with CIOs, COOs, CROs, and procurement heads.
- Negotiate complex SaaS licensing contracts with long-term commitments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, and Finance on deal strategy.
- Provide feedback to product teams to influence roadmap development.
- Act as a thought leader at payments and FinTech conferences.
- Mentor junior account executives within the US team.
- 8–12 years enterprise SaaS sales experience (FinTech/Payments strongly preferred).
- Track record of $1m+ ARR deals with major financial institutions.
- Strong network across US banking, payments, or card schemes.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention, compliance, or transaction systems.
- Consultative, strategic sales style with commercial acumen.
- Gravitas to influence C-level decisions in long-cycle deals.
