IN2-SaaS Recruitment are representing one of Europe’s fastest-growing FinTech SaaS providers. This client has recently secured Series C investment and is scaling operations across EMEA. Their platform is trusted by some of the largest global banks and insurers to modernise payments, compliance, and customer onboarding. With a headcount of 500+ and ambitious plans to double in the next two years, they are now seeking a senior sales leader to accelerate enterprise growth.
The Role:
This is a senior, client-facing role suited to a high-performing enterprise sales professional who is comfortable operating at C-level. The Enterprise Sales Director will own revenue growth within Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions, with responsibility for developing new strategic accounts as well as expanding existing relationships. You will have full accountability for the sales process, working in tandem with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to build compelling value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise banking clients across the UK & EMEA.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities, with an average deal size of £500k–£1.5m ARR.
- Engage at executive level (CIO, CDO, COO) to position the SaaS platform as a mission-critical solution.
- Partner with Pre-Sales to deliver workshops, demos, and tailored solution designs.
- Negotiate multi-year SaaS contracts with complex procurement processes.
- Report regularly on forecasts, pipeline health, and key wins to senior leadership and board members.
- Represent the business at industry conferences, roundtables, and FinTech events.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing to ensure the platform evolves in line with client needs.
- 8–12 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally within FinTech, RegTech, or PayTech.
- Proven track record of exceeding £1m+ annual quotas and closing multi-year SaaS contracts.
- Strong executive network within major banks, asset managers, and insurers.
- Comfortable navigating long and complex procurement cycles.
- Gravitas and presence to represent the business at C-level and industry events.
- Collaborative mindset, able to partner with technical and commercial colleagues effectively.
- Additional languages (French/German) highly desirable but not essential.
