Our client is a profitable and rapidly growing European headquartered software company delivering specialist SaaS solutions to some of the world’s most complex construction and engineering projects. With well over a decade of successful growth, a team approaching 50 employees, and significant recent private equity investment, the business is entering an exciting new phase of international expansion.
  
North America has been identified as a major strategic growth market, particularly across booming sectors including Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Data Centre and Industrial construction. Their platform is recognised for its strength in turnover, commissioning and project handover workflows, helping project teams improve visibility, efficiency and operational readiness on large scale capital projects.
  
As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across North America.
  
The Role
  
This is a high impact, new business sales role focused on winning and developing enterprise accounts across major industrial and mission critical sectors.
  
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, targeting owners, EPCs, contractors and project delivery teams involved in large scale construction programmes.
  
Typical deal values range from $250k to $1.5m+, with strong opportunity to expand strategic accounts over time.
  
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Strong new business and hunter mentality
  • Experience selling IndustrialTech, ConstructionTech or Project Delivery software solutions
  • And/or experience selling software solutions into the Pharmaceutical or Semiconductor sectors
  • Track record managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Comfortable operating in high value deal environments
  • Strong commercial and relationship building skills
  • Experience within capital projects, commissioning, engineering or industrial software environments would be highly advantageous
