Their cloud-based platform is used by top-tier sports organizations, leagues, and media companies across the globe to capture, analyse, and broadcast live sporting events with minimal manual effort.
As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to join their European team. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of professional sports clubs and leagues, ensuring smooth onboarding, driving product adoption, and securing renewals and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own relationships with customers across the DACH region and wider Europe
- Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximise platform adoption
- Drive renewals and account growth through proactive engagement
- Identify and resolve customer issues to reduce churn
- Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders
About You:
- Fluent in German and English
- 2+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management or SaaS Sales
- Background or interest in sports or sports technology is highly beneficial
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation and training skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple customer relationships
