Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning engineering output directly with overarching product and commercial business goals.
- Oversee the continuous evolution of a highly secure, distributed multi-region cloud architecture capable of managing petabytes of sensitive data.
- Lead the transition toward modern microservices frameworks while aggressively reducing technical debt.
- Cultivate a progressive, high-velocity engineering culture centered on agile methodologies, continuous deployment, and technical excellence.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years in senior engineering leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering) overseeing scale organizations of 80+ developers within a B2B SaaS framework.
- Direct experience handling data security standards within highly regulated industries (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR).
- Deep technical foundations in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), modern distributed systems, and data engineering pipelines.
