The Role: The Chief Revenue Officer will assume complete ownership of all revenue-generating functions globally, including Enterprise Sales, Inside Sales, Channel Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. Your core focus will be aligning these cross-functional teams to maximize net-new ARR generation and protect gross revenue retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage a highly predictable, metrics-driven global revenue engine capable of sustaining 50% YoY growth.
- Scale the international sales architecture, optimizing sales plays for enterprise, mid-market, and velocity channels.
- Build strategic alliances with global systemic integrators (GSIs) and cloud providers to accelerate indirect revenue streams.
- Mentor and develop a world-class tier of Vice Presidents and Directors across sales and customer success divisions.
Candidate Requirements:
- 8+ years of executive sales leadership experience (CRO or SVP Sales) within the enterprise software space, ideally Cyber Security.
- Proven experience scaling a SaaS business through the $30M to $100M+ ARR growth phase, ideally leading toward an IPO or premium acquisition.
- Exceptional strategic acumen with a mastery of modern enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales).
