Our client is a highly disruptive AI-driven document automation SaaS platform that recently closed a £45M Series B funding round backed by tier-one global VCs. They are preparing for rapid international expansion into the North American market and require a visionary leader to steer the ship.
The Role:
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will inherit a highly capable leadership team and take full P&L accountability for the global business. You will be responsible for defining the long-term corporate vision, scaling operational capabilities, driving enterprise market penetration, and leading future fundraising rounds or exit strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global corporate strategy, driving ARR from £15M to £60M+ over the next three to four years.
- Provide inspirational leadership to a cross-functional global team across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations.
- Act as the primary face of the company to key enterprise clients, strategic partners, and institutional investors.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive corporate culture that attracts and retains top-tier software talent globally.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven track record as a CEO, Managing Director, or COO within a successful, scaling B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience navigating venture capital environments with a track record of leading successful Series B/C fundraising rounds.
- Deep understanding of scaling international GTM strategies, particularly expanding from Europe into North America.
