The business has a strong customer base in Europe and is now looking to strengthen its London team with a dedicated account manager for Southern Europe.
About the Role
This is a farmer role. As an Enterprise Account Manager, your responsibility is to develop and grow existing enterprise accounts across Italy and France. You will focus on retention, renewals and ensuring customers see measurable results from their investment, while identifying opportunities to expand relationships over time.
Your role will involve:
- Acting as the main point of contact for enterprise accounts in your territory
- Building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in IT, network operations and communications
- Ensuring customer success by linking business outcomes to the platform’s delivery, observability and analytics
- Driving renewals, expansions and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinating with sales engineering, customer success and product teams to deliver maximum value
- Maintaining accurate account plans and forecasts, ensuring customer growth is mapped clearly
About You
- Fluent in Italian or French, with excellent English
- Experience in enterprise account management within SaaS or technology solutions
- Skilled at building senior client relationships and managing them for the long term
- Proven ability to drive renewals, expansions and upsell in complex accounts
- Commercially minded, consultative and proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working from London office one day per week, hybrid for the rest
