CONSULTANT PROFILE

Russell is the MD and Founder of the IN2 Resourcing Group. After a brief stint as a Barristers’ Clerk, he kicked off his recruitment career in 1998 - back in the days of Rolodexes and faxed CVs!

Starting as a teenager with one of London’s leading IT recruitment agencies, he quickly developed a reputation for tracking down candidates with rare skill sets during the Millennium IT boom, successfully placing talent into hundreds of contract and permanent roles.

By the age of 21, Russell had progressed to a fully-fledged IT Recruitment Consultant. His early grounding in candidate sourcing laid the foundation for what has become a 25+ year career in recruitment, marked by an unwavering focus on delivery and relationships.

Since 2004, Russell has been running his own specialist recruitment and search businesses across the Technology and Engineering sectors. Today, he leads the IN2 Resourcing Group, where he remains a hands-on recruiter in the SaaS sector.

Russell works closely with SaaS vendors, Venture Capital and tech start-ups across EMEA and North America to deliver dynamic Sales and Engineering teams.

Outside of the office, Russell enjoys spending time with his wife and children, catching up with friends, squeezing in the occasional game of golf, and loyally supporting Crystal Palace in their annual battle to stay in the Premier League.
