CONSULTANT PROFILE

James joined IN2 as a Delivery Consultant in 2019 and immediately hit the ground running. In his first year, he closely shadowed our Director, Russell, playing a key role in delivering dozens of successful placements across the UK, EMEA, and the USA during a period of rapid growth for the business.

In 2022, James was deservedly promoted to Sales Director and now operates in a player-manager role, helping to steer the ship, lead from the front, and mentor our growing team of consultants.

James has experience recruiting SaaS Sales teams as well as Sales Engineering and DevOps professionals across EMEA, APAC and North America. James leads the IN2 Sales team and plays a vital role in driving the business forward as we continue to grow and scale our services across North America.

Outside the office, James is a self-confessed petrolhead who can name the make and model of a car just by the sound of its engine. He’s also a keen golfer, currently on a mission to dethrone Russell at the next IN2 Golf Day.

A proud South Londoner, James gives his full support (and occasional tears) to Charlton Athletic, often found nursing a pint at The Valley after another nail-biting result.
